Specializing in residential design and construction of kitchen and bath remodels, Elizabeth’s youthful and energetic approach has resulted in award winning kitchen and bath designs, including nine “Best of Houzz” awards from Houzz.com. She has received her CLIPP Certified Living in Place designation through the Living in Place Institute, as well as two specialized badges through the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) in “Floorplans & Specifications” and “Remodeling”. Elizabeth has an extensive background in the remodeling industry, as the Lead Designer for a highly regarded design-build firm in Seattle, she achieved numerous certifications from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). After moving to Denver to attend graduate school at the University of Denver in 2012, she received her master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management and re-established her residential design business in Denver. Elizabeth also holds a Colorado Real Estate Brokers license, giving her the ability to educate clients on the impact of their remodeling investments based on resale values and ROI percentages. She applies her construction knowledge to her designs, resulting in completed projects that are not only inspiring and impactful, but practical and attainable.
Elizabeth gains inspiration for her designs from world travels, and collaborating with talented contractors. She lives in Denver with her husband and daughter, Betty. She will be teaching a Construction Management segment during our Fundamentals courses as well as leading adjunctive lectures and tours in various courses.
