After 13 years in a thriving and successful business and marketing career, Beth Goltz decided to change the direction of her professional journey and pursue a career that fulfilled her passions. Upon leaving corporate America, Beth knew that this next chapter would include her love for “all things home.”
Initially, she decided to get her real estate brokers license. While working with clients, both on the selling and buying side, she saw the need for an interior designer. It was clear that providing design services would be an excellent way of expanding her business. While looking for design programs to pursue a formal design education, Beth found Heritage Denver and knew it would provide her the knowledge and skill necessary to begin offering design services to her clients.
After graduating from Heritage, Beth created Beth Goltz Real Estate & Design, LLC, and is now officially offering real estate & design services to her clients. She is thankful for the education that she received at Heritage, as it provided her with a wealth of knowledge that she uses while working with clients.
“I saved every presentation & reference guide Heritage presented to us and refer back to them in the real world regularly.”
Beth appreciates her time at Heritage as it provided her the opportunity to gain the expertise, confidence, and credibility to expand her business into the design world.
Beth has enjoyed the lively pace of juggling real estate transactions and various design projects. Many of her current design projects are not tied to real estate transactions, which is exciting and helps her business reach even wider. What excites Beth the most about her real estate and design business is helping her clients visualize new spaces while on the house hunt and then designing their new homes upon moving in.
As a graduate of Heritage, Beth would love to tell any incoming student that:
“It’s never too late to pursue your passion & do what makes you happy.”
She is so thankful to have stepped out of her comfort zone by leaving the corporate world and starting up a business of her own! Beth is excited about where she is today and where her business could go in the coming years.
