Growing up in Albuquerque, NM, Samantha wanted to explore the world, challenge herself personally, and serve her country. At 18, she enlisted in the US Air Force with a job in intelligence. Over her six years of service, she was provided the opportunity to travel to various parts of the world and become an intelligence professional, working missions in the Pacific and throughout the United States. Samantha’s service continued as a private contractor in Washington DC before making her way to Colorado in support of the US Space Force. After 17 years of intelligence work and having acquired a Master’s in Business Administration, she decided to pursue a career in Interior Design and start her own company.
Interior Design has always appealed to her. Having moved to a new location every few years, she took pride in personalizing her living spaces and realized she was passionate about creating a sense of “home” regardless of where she found herself living. She felt Heritage School of Interior Design in Denver was an obvious choice for her design education; as it aligned with her personal interests and provided the tools to successfully lead her own design firm someday.
Samantha is currently finishing her Master’s Certification at Heritage School of Interior Design and we look forward to seeing where this takes her!
