This 6-week intensive course will provide students with the basic understanding of how to start and maintain a successful independent interior design business, uniquely tailored to personal goals. A strategic plan will be developed, incorporating mission, structural, marketing, financial and operational elements as well as practical tools to manage all aspects of the business. At the end of the course, students will also develop a website and professionally present to the class.
